JudJud Eades purchased ARS Flood & Fire Cleanup in 2006. Prior to entering the restoration business, he owned several outdoor businesses. Jud became the first person to host a radio show live via satellite phone from the summit of Aconcagua, which is one of the world’s highest mountains. He hosted Utah Outdoors on KSL Radio 1160, along with several other national Outdoor television shows. As a professional climber and freestyle skier, he has been all over the world.Since taking over ARS, Jud has grown the company from one location to five, with over 40 full-time employees. ARS holds itself to the highest standard in the restoration industry and strives to continuously be number one in customer service and quality workmanship.Jud currently resides in Richmond, Utah with his wife Sadie and their four children. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys bike rides, mountain climbing, 4-wheeling, skiing, and any other outdoor activity that he can enjoy with family & friends.
DamonDamon Tempest is the controller for ARS and oversees all the finances for the company.  He started with ARS in 2011.  Damon is a Utah State University graduate with a degree in accounting.  His previous work experience includes being the controller for several different types of companies including a bridge building company, a distribution/wholesale company and an HVAC company.  When he’s not crunching numbers, Damon loves to spend time in the outdoors with his family.  He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hunting, canyoneering, rock climbing, and skiing.
WendiWendi Coombs has been with ARS since 2012. She is our Logan Office Manager. Wendi has done many things over the years and brings a wide variety of experience and talent to her position at ARS. She enjoys building relationships with our customers and with Insurance Agents in our community. Football is serious business for Wendi and you’ll find her cheering on the Aggies each fall at our ARS Tailgate Parties. She also enjoys photography, reading, throwing parties, & watching her children in their various music & sports activities. She and her husband, Curtis, have 4 children and live in Smithfield.
Tom Hale – General ManagerTom Hale, General Manager, joined ARS in 2013. He is responsible for the North Logan office and his duties are customer service, personnel, operations, marketing, and facilities. As a Cache Valley native, he graduated from Logan High School and Utah State University. He enjoys the outdoors and all that Cache Valley has to offer. He likes to golf, ski, work in his home and yard, and loves to travel and be with his family every chance he gets.
Dan NewMyer - EstimatorDan Newmyer has worked at ARS since 2000. He started as a carpet technician, and continued working with ARS by managing projects. He is now an estimator for ARS. Dan is IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) Certified with a specialty in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration. He is also certified with the Reets Drying Academy. As an ARS estimator, Dan is trained and qualified to inspect and provide an honest estimate for any restoration project. Outside of work, Dan enjoys the outdoors especially snowmobiling and is a member of the Cache Search and Rescue.
